Legal advisor. Marta Kittel is an expert in the field of public procurement, with many years of experience gained, to name just a few, at the Office of Appeals of the Public Procurement Office as well as the contracting authority for entities in the public finance sector and an IT company. At the law firm, she oversees the work of the Public Procurement Law team.
 
She has gained practical experience in the field of public procurement as an employee of an entity specialising in comprehensive consulting for contracting authorities and contractors in procedures for the award of a public contract and at the stage of contract performance. She has represented parties in appeal proceedings before the National Board of Appeal. She has 9 years of practical experience in the application of public procurement regulations.
 
Marta Kittel has co-authored many publications in her field, including a handbook on how to prepare a description of the object of a contract for the supply of computer equipment or an IT system for the beneficiaries of Priority Axis 7 of the
Innovative Economy Operational Programme. Other publications include: Dokumenty w postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego (Documents in the Public Procurement Procedure), Zamówienia Publiczne w orzecznictwie sądowym (Public Procurement in Court Decisions), and Partnerstwo publiczno-prywatne w gospodarce komunalnej a Zamówienia Publiczne (Public-Private Partnership in Municipal Economy and Public Procurement).

She lectures post-graduate students on Polish and European public procurement law.

Marta Kittel is an economist, having graduated from the Institute of Law and the Institute of Information Science at the Private Higher School of Business, Administration and Information Technology in Warsaw.
